Mrs Upaasana is an ambitious, diligent, ethical and successful woman who is working as a project lead with Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices & Diagnostics. She is an empowered woman and is a Supply Chain Professional with a Master’s in Business Administration & Bachelor’s in Biotechnology.

She was born & raised in the City of Joy, Kolkata and now settled in Ludhiana which is often referred to as India’s Manchester.Her family comprises of her Father-in-Law, younger brother-in-law, her spouse and her super observant & inquisitive 2.5yearold daughter.

She is fond of dancing & reading leadership books. Recently, she has developed a passion towards health & wellness,&she has been coaching and motivating people towards healthy body transformations. Also, she believes that education is the most powerful tool for becoming independent and therefore, she supports children’s education as much as she can with her limited reach.

Her mother is a hardworking and dedicated woman and has been an inspiration for her for working hard in life. So, she never believed in miracles, rather she believes only in working hard. According to her, women empowerment is basically the creation of an environment where women can make independent decisions on their personal, as well as professional development. She says that the only limit to the height of our achievements is the reach of our dreams and our willingness to work for them.

She believes that the journey of Mrs India International Queen will help her grow her overall confidence as an individual, who does not accept limits to the things that she can do. Also, this will help her to inspire more people to step out of their comfort zone and try something that could ultimately help them grow. She believes trying new things can teach you more about yourself every day and ultimately help you become the best version of yourself.
