Congratulations Mrs. Sangeeta Gupta from New Delhi for being selected as a finalist of Mrs India International Queen 2024! Let’s know more about her. We interviewed Mrs. Sangeeta and here are her amazing answers:

Name: Sangeeta Gupta

Profession: Yoga Instructor

Qualification: Masters Degree in Yoga

Location: New Delhi, India

My strengths lie in my loving family, my compassionate nature, and my constant eagerness to learn. I strongly value self-love and believe in its transformative power. As a yoga instructor, I’ve seen numerous people undergo remarkable changes that deepened my faith.

I tend to be quite emotional, especially when it involves my loved ones, and I struggle with   stage fear. I am a sensitive individual who tends to take on many challenges in life.

I absolutely love practising yoga, exploring different cultures through travelling, engaging in   Indian dancing, going for drives, and being a total foodie.

I have a strong dislike for fake people and value authenticity in my connections, I steer clear of gossip and avoid engaging in negative talk about others. I also don’t enjoy complicated and   formal processes.

Tell us about your family.

I am blessed with two beautiful, loving and helping daughters, and my journey of companionship spans 26 years with the love of my life in a harmonious marriage.

Quotes that keep you going, motivate you:

  • “In the dance of life, let self-love be your rhythm.”
  • “The body achieves what the mind believes.”
  • “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
  • “Strength does not come from the body. It comes from the will.”

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

I’ve completed a 500-hour International Teachers Training Course. It was a tough but rewarding experience that taught me a lot about yoga and how to be an even better instructor for my students.

I’m really proud of blending my love for yoga with my studies and earning a Master’s degree at the age of 50. This not only boosted my own knowledge but also helped me become a better yoga teacher. Seeing how my teachings positively affect my students’ well-being is   something I’m continuously happy about.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

Women empowerment according to me, is giving every woman the chance to be heard.

Message for the Society:

Let’s be kind, make good things happen, and create a better future for everyone in our community. It is also important to create awareness about the transformative power of yoga   and its positive impact on mental and physical health.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

As Mrs India International Queen, my commitment to society involves initiatives that promote mental and physical health, especially for women. I see myself establishing wellness   programs, collaborating with educational institutions, and using my platform to advocate for social causes.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

I joined Mrs India International Queen not just for the title but to use this great opportunity for a bigger cause. More than winning, I want to speak up for empowerment, encourage positive changes, and make a greater impact on society. I am honoured to be a finalist of Mrs India International Queen and look forward to utilising this amazing opportunity.
