Strengths:
My strengths lie in my loving family, my compassionate nature, and my constant eagerness to learn. I strongly value self-love and believe in its transformative power. As a yoga instructor, I’ve seen numerous people undergo remarkable changes that deepened my faith.
Weakness:
I tend to be quite emotional, especially when it involves my loved ones, and I struggle with stage fear. I am a sensitive individual who tends to take on many challenges in life.
Likes:
I absolutely love practising yoga, exploring different cultures through travelling, engaging in Indian dancing, going for drives, and being a total foodie.
Dislikes:
I have a strong dislike for fake people and value authenticity in my connections, I steer clear of gossip and avoid engaging in negative talk about others. I also don’t enjoy complicated and formal processes.
Tell us about your family.
I am blessed with two beautiful, loving and helping daughters, and my journey of companionship spans 26 years with the love of my life in a harmonious marriage.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:
I’ve completed a 500-hour International Teachers Training Course. It was a tough but rewarding experience that taught me a lot about yoga and how to be an even better instructor for my students.
I’m really proud of blending my love for yoga with my studies and earning a Master’s degree at the age of 50. This not only boosted my own knowledge but also helped me become a better yoga teacher. Seeing how my teachings positively affect my students’ well-being is something I’m continuously happy about.
What is Women Empowerment according to you?
Women empowerment according to me, is giving every woman the chance to be heard.

Let’s be kind, make good things happen, and create a better future for everyone in our community. It is also important to create awareness about the transformative power of yoga and its positive impact on mental and physical health.
How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?
As Mrs India International Queen, my commitment to society involves initiatives that promote mental and physical health, especially for women. I see myself establishing wellness programs, collaborating with educational institutions, and using my platform to advocate for social causes.

I joined Mrs India International Queen not just for the title but to use this great opportunity for a bigger cause. More than winning, I want to speak up for empowerment, encourage positive changes, and make a greater impact on society.
