Tell us about your family:

I have a beautiful family comprising of a medical partner i.e. a surgeon husband, 3 caring kids especially my daughters who are my real TREASURE & PRIDE.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

First of all I am really proud of the fact that I have been able to balance my personal as well as professional life pretty well, inspite of facing so many challenges in my life. I am proud of having sailed through the tough times and here I am a medical graduate MBBS, Postgraduate, PhD, Life transformation Coach (India), Stanford & Philadelphia fellow. In past year.i.e. 2022, I have been the recipient of a beauty pageant in Ahmedabad, India, above 44 plus category. I am in medical profession since last 27 years now. I am one who believes that every life is rich if you take the time to notice its small, innocuous details and I define life as a phenomenon of creating sparks of academic bliss.

Currently I am working as a visiting professor at one of the western medical schools in India and also heading as the CEO & Director of Global Creative Academy, Gujarat, India. Under our academy I conduct sessions on Role of motivation in one’s life, Diva by design, Effective learning strategies, Time management, Fitness & Nutrition expert tips, Creative teaching techniques at schools and colleges at state & national level & international level. In addition, I have published more than 50 papers, published 3 books, attended more than 100 conferences, workshops & session, and have won more than 20 international, international & local level awards in medical & extracurricular field.

Besides this, in the past I have had the privilege of sharing the stage with legendary personalities Anupam Kher sir, Sneh Desai sir, Shivangi Desai, Saumya Joshi Sir (well-known poet, Director of movies 101 not out, OMG, Author, Head of Medical Council of India (Dr. V.P. Mishra & Dr. Jayshree Mehta), Nandita Das, Father of medical education, Europe i.e. Dr. Ronald Harden, Dr. John Norcini and top most creativity researchers in world including the most creative man in the world i.e. DR. Andrei Aleinikov (one of my mentor from Florida, USA).

Recently I was invited to co-author a chapter with Mr. Jack Canfield (World’s bestselling international author & coach), Mr. Sunil Tulsiani (Internationally renowned speaker, celebrity real-estate wealth coach, and multimillionaire investor).

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

In my opinion women empowerment means making women realize that they are an epitome and symbol of Shakti in its true sense. They need to know that they possess the entire power of Universe if they channelize their energies in the right direction and for the right cause. Their love and compassion especially the construct of “Mamta” can be phenomenal in transforming lives of human beings.

Message for the society:

I wish to bring awareness about evidence based education rather than superficial non-scientific learning in the society, reason being festival of education, arts, literature etc. has lost their purpose in today’s society.

In addition, I wish to bring change in the mindset of society, regarding gender bias, as they say it’s a man’s world e.g. It is usually a reference to the generally prevailing acceptance of gender-biased roles in society e.g. men take the lead and women either follow or play their part in the shadows. Unfortunately, in majority of cases women are conditioned to think that they are inferior to men. Through my program Diva by Design I create awareness among girls and ladies on strategies to take care of themselves and their inner constructs. I help them navigate through the troubled trajectories of their lives and make them realise that they are the most powerful creation of the Universe.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

I would love to:

Conduct self- awareness, self-care workshops and sessions for girls and women of our society.

My “Diva by Design” sessions help develop internal and external awareness, among females while in-turn it elevates quality of their life by bringing clarityon their higher calling.

I would love to conduct sessions for children like Book review, movie clubs, Kalam labs, Mentor-mentee festivals, boot camps on life skills etc.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

I have participated in Mrs India International Queen as I am honestly looking for a powerful platform to disseminate my teachings to society and the world at large. I want to give back to society, whatever I learnt from life and various circumstances.

I even would love to collaborate with dear Ankita Ma’am for the same.
