Following the grand success of the event, the visionary Founder-Director of the platform Mrs. Ankita Saroha, had an exclusive & candid conversation with us. The dynamic woman entrepreneur opened up about the inspiration and what lies ahead for India’s most prestigious beauty pageant for married women.

Q: Congratulations on the successful fifth edition! How does it feel after Mrs India International Queen 2025?

A.S: Thank you! I feel elated and at the same time proud as I am able to offer a platform to married women where they can rediscover their individuality, share their stories, and serve as role models.

Q: What inspired you to create the Mrs India International Queen pageant specifically for married women?

A.S: As an international and national level winner of Mrs India 2017 and after representing India and winning the 3rd runner up title in Mrs International Global 2018, in Malaysia, I experienced firsthand how a beauty pageant can transform a woman’s life. It gave me a new identity, love, respect, and recognition-things every woman deserves but often loses sight of after marriage and family responsibilities.

I felt there was a strong need for an international platform that honours married women’s journeys, achievements, and aspirations beyond traditional expectations, so I created Mrs India International Queen to offer every woman the chance to shine and pursue her dreams with a motto of “Be Strong, Be Confident, Be You!!!”

Q: What makes Mrs India International Queen different from other beauty pageants for married women?

A.S: I would say our deeply rooted inclusivity sets us apart. At Mrs India International Queen, there are no barriers-no height, weight, or age restrictions. Whether a woman is married, divorced, separated, or widowed, she can participate.

This year’s event included participants as young as 21 & as experienced as 72 years old. It was essential for us to defy stereotypes around age and beauty. By including two categories-Mrs (21-39) and Classic Mrs (40+)-we invite women at every stage of life to step forward. We focus on self-transformation, confidence building, and talent – not just appearances.

Contestants receive world-class grooming, professional photo shoots, and media exposure across top news platforms and most importantly we are backed by our 8-million-strong social media presence. Plus, our Queens get to participate in Divine Activities, giving them a meaningful way to contribute to society after their crowning moment.

Q: Your pageant is known for its exclusive cash prizes for all major winners. Tell us about this policy

A.S: Absolutely! We take immense pride in being the only pageant of this scale in India to offer a total cash prize of ₹3.5 lakhs – awarded to winners of both the Mrs and Classic Mrs categories. It’s our way of honouring their hard work, dedication, and the courage it takes to step out and shine. We believe recognition should go beyond a crown and sash – it should feel truly rewarding.

Q: Apart from the competition, what kinds of training and empowerment workshops do participants undergo?

A.S: Apart from competition, there are numerous value-addition training and grooming sessions provided to the contestants by industry experts which include beauty & wellness sessions by Dr. Soni Nanda, female sexual health & intimacy sessions by Dr. Sarita Naik, Self-defence training sessions by Mr. Pradeep Negi, financial independence by Mahak Dhingra & protecting your mental health by Dr. Neelam Singh. Catwalk training & choreography sessions are also provided by Mr. Rickyy Wong, an expert catwalk trainer and choreographer from Malaysia.

Q: What is your vision for the future of Mrs India International Queen and how do you hope it will continue empowering women?

A.S: We’re already planning the 2026 edition with a global training model. We’re looking to further expand our reach, introduce new empowerment programs, and inspire even more women to chase their dreams.

My vision is to build a legacy for all the women by empowering them with strength, grace, poise, talent and recognition. Every woman deserves to be loved and valued for who she is and the kind of contribution and the role they play in our lives. Mrs India International Queen is one such platform for all the women to become the best version of themselves.
