Congratulations Mrs. Manisha Anant Pethkar from Maharashtra for being selected as a finalist of Mrs India International Queen 2026! Let’s know more about her. We interviewed Mrs. Manisha and here are her amazing answers:

 

Name: Manisha Anant Pethkar

Profession: Currently a homemaker and a trader in the share market. Initially, I owned a Computer Institute and a Media Advertising Agency for 20 years. I have proficiency in Graphic Designing & Animation and have rendered my services in branding for Digital and Print Media to various organizations.

Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry), Graphic Designer and Animator.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Strengths: Positivity. I challenge myself to achieve goals that seem difficult. With a good presence of mind, I make people feel comfortable in difficult situations by counselling them. I go all the way to help women around me in financial or emotional situations.

Weakness: I have a speed phobia. Sometimes I can’t say no even if I mean to.

Likes: Canvas painting, executing any creative idea, listening and singing songs, keeping myself energetic, healthy, and young.

Dislikes: Giving up without trying, I don’t like people who lie about small things.

 

Tell us about your family:

I grew up in a middle-class family. My parents made me self-reliant. I am blessed with a supportive and caring husband who always motivates me. My teenage son is someone who has a clear vision for his future. A special mention goes to my mother-in-law, now 92, who is eager and active in using a smartphone, keeping herself updated with current affairs and upskilling in various art forms.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

I created presentations for my clients, which were always completed on time and to the fullest satisfaction of my clients that every moment of appreciation made me feel proud of myself.

One of my proud moments was when I was appreciated for my work in making an ad film, which featured some legendary Marathi actors like Vikram Gokhale, Neena Kulkarni and Pallavi Subhash. 

 

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

Women empowerment is far more than allotting a few reserved seats, but creating a conducive environment for women to achieve the goals they dream of.

 

Message for the society:

The world is very beautiful, but people now are a bit chaotic, so each one must embrace kindness, and encourage people to be a little accommodative to each other. 

 

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

After becoming a Queen, I will try to set an example for all women who have self-doubt, that with positivity, self-love and confidence within yourself, you can conquer anything.

 

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

I am passionate about empowering women, and this pageant is a wonderful platform for me to share that mission. I’m looking forward to connecting with other inspiring women and making a positive impact.
