Tell us about your family.

I am the only child of well-educated parents and now married to a finance professional with a 2.5 yr old son.

Quotes that keep you going, motivates you:

  • “Love moves the world” by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
  • “Setbacks are not to set you back but to set you forth” by self

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

Professionally grown at a fast pace and created a space of my own where the organization depends on me for the training needs. Personally, I have been able to take a decision solely for myself in focus and have treaded on the path.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

Empowerment in the word itself implies somebody is giving power to the other. The very day when the women will stop requiring that power from elsewhere and realize their already existing strength and power and will no longer be at the receiving end, we would have achieved woman empowerment in its true sense.

Message for society:

Human birth is a precious and a unique one with only us (women) having the intellectual powers, so, rise up, uplift and celebrate this life with compassion and trust on others.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

I feel as a pageant winner, I will have immense responsibility on my shoulder to bring a smile on whoever is in need and bring about a positive change. There are various issues that need attention and I will not shy away from contributing to any of those. However, the closest to my heart is helping fellow mothers during the uncertain times of pregnancy and taking care of their physical and mental well being.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

According to me, Mrs India International Queen is a platform to transform us into a self confident and evolved being, and also an opportunity to be an important face representing the nation. I believe with the crown comes responsibility and opportunity to touch upon the lives of people by positively impacting them in different possible ways, be it offering a shoulder to cry on or extending a hand to hold or just an ear to hear out.
