MRS INDIA INTERNATIONAL QUEEN FINALIST Mrs. Sarika Gautam

Mrs. Sarika Gautam - finalist of Mrs India International Queen 2026

Congratulations Mrs. Sarika Gautam from Uttar Pradesh for being selected as a finalist of Mrs India International Queen 2026! Let’s know more about her. We interviewed Mrs. Sarika and here are her amazing answers:

Name: Sarika Gautam

Profession: Homemaker

Qualification: B.A. in History

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Strengths: I am a calm person but a very determined woman.

My biggest strengths are — patience, self-confidence, and a never-give-up attitude.

I like to stay positive in every situation and want to be an inspiration for my children and family.
I am hardworking and responsible — whatever work I start, I complete it with full dedication and sincerity.
I also enjoy motivating others and helping them build self-confidence.

Weakness: I get emotional, especially when I see someone in pain.
Because of this, I sometimes put too much pressure on myself, as I like to do every task sincerely and with perfection.
But now, I am learning that setting boundaries and taking rest is just as important as working hard.

Likes: I love listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with my family.
I find beauty in simplicity and honesty.
I also enjoy capturing memories through photographs — because every moment deserves to be cherished.

Dislikes: I don’t like a judgmental mindset or comparing people, because everyone has their own journey.
I really don’t like aggressive or disrespectful behaviour — kindness is the real beauty.

Tell us about your family:
In my family, I have my husband, my son (11 years old), and my daughter (5 years old).
Apart from them, my parents and my brother have always been the biggest inspiration in my life.
My parents taught me that with simplicity and hard work, any dream can be achieved, and my brother always motivates me to keep moving forward.
My family is my biggest strength — they have supported me at every step and made me believe that no matter what the situation is, the most important thing is to have faith in yourself.

Quotes that keep you going, motivate you:

  • No matter how difficult life gets, a new beginning is always possible.
  • Dreams have no expiry date.
  • Be active! Take on responsibility! Work for the things you believe in. If you do not, you are surrendering your fate to others.
  • Dream is not that which you see while sleeping, it is something that does not let you sleep.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

My biggest achievement is that I have created a beautiful balance between my family and myself.
Even after a long break, I regained my confidence and found the courage to give a new direction to my life.
For me, this platform is not just a competition — it is a journey to discover myself and to prove that even a homemaker can live her dreams.
Today, I want to be the voice of every woman who ever thought she was “just a homemaker.”

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

Women empowerment means having the freedom to make your own decisions and being proud of your identity.
Whether a woman manages her home or works in an office, she is empowered when she believes in herself and chooses her own path.
Empowerment begins the moment a woman says, “Yes, I can.”

Message for the society:

Even today, society sometimes takes the work of homemakers lightly.
My message is — “Homemakers are not ‘just’ homemakers. They are the foundation of families, the strength of children, and the silent warriors of our society.” Every woman should understand that her dreams are just as important as anyone else’s.
Everyone should take charge of their own life.

I am speaking as a homemaker, but my message is for every woman — whether she manages a home, works in an office, or is giving wings to her dreams.
Every role has dignity, and every woman has the right to live with pride.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

If I receive this honour, I want to work with women who have lost their self-confidence.
I want them to realize that it is never too late to start again.
I would like to meet women in small groups and encourage them to build confidence, positive thinking, and mental strength.
Slowly, I want to take this initiative to a larger level so that I can reach more and more women.
My goal is that every woman should recognize her inner strength and choose the direction of her own life.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

I have participated in Mrs India International Queen because I want to show that dreams are not measured by age.
Every woman has a spark within her — she just needs to believe in herself.
This platform gives me the chance to rebuild my confidence, rediscover myself, and inspire others.
I want my journey to become a ray of hope for every woman who once paused her dreams.
