Tell us about your family:

I come from a simple background. My husband, Tej Pal, is a highly talented and creative pastry chef working with MSC Cruises. We have three children — my elder son is 15 years old, my daughter is 13 years old, and my younger son is 9 years old.

I live in a nuclear family. In my in-laws’ side, I have my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law. On my parental side, my mother is a homemaker, and I have two brothers who are chefs, along with a younger sister.

Quotes that keep you going, motivate you:

  • My independence is my identity.
  • She believed she could, so she did.
  • I bend, but I never break.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

One of my biggest achievements in life is choosing the right life partner — a man who loves, respects, and trusts me, and gives me the independence to be myself. His belief in me has given me the strength to face every situation, no matter how tough it may be.

I am also a proud mother of three beautiful children, and I take great pride in nurturing them with the best of myself — with love, values, and strength.

Through all my responsibilities and challenges, I have grown into an independent woman who believes that her independence is her identity.

Today, I stand here strong and confident — because I bend, but I never break.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

Women empowerment, to me, begins at home.

It starts with parents — with their love, support, confidence, and the freedom they give a girl to choose her own path in life.

As she grows, empowerment continues when her husband and in-laws respect her thoughts, value her dreams, and trust her decisions.

When a woman is supported and respected within her own home, she becomes strong, confident, and capable of achieving anything she sets her mind to.

Message for the society:

My message to society is to focus on how we raise our boys.

We must educate our boys to respect women in every space — whether it is at school, at the workplace, and in public places like buses, trains, markets, or anywhere in society.

Respect should not depend on whether a woman is known to you or not — every woman deserves dignity and safety.

We should also teach our boys to be supportive and helpful, to stand up when needed, and to treat women with kindness and equality.

Because when we raise respectful boys, we create a safer and stronger world for women.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

If I am honoured with this crown, I would dedicate myself to supporting women and girls who have experienced sexual abuse.

I believe that such survivors need not only justice, but also emotional, medical, financial, and legal support. I would like to work towards creating awareness, connecting them with the right resources, and most importantly, standing with them so they never feel alone.

I also believe that as a society, we must continue to strengthen our systems and ensure safety and dignity for every woman.

For me, being a Queen is not just about wearing a crown — it is about being a voice for those who need support, and creating a society where every woman feels safe, respected, and heard.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

I have participated in Mrs India International Queen because I want to become a voice for those who are often unheard.

I aim to inspire young girls and women to believe in themselves and guide them through their journey into adulthood with confidence and awareness. I also wish to bring attention to important topics that are often not discussed or taught at home.

Along with this, I would like to provide career counselling to young girls, because the lack of the right guidance and knowledge can sometimes lead them in the wrong direction or make them vulnerable to misuse.

I believe that with proper awareness, education, and support, we can make every girl’s journey safer, stronger, and more meaningful.

For me, this platform is not just about winning a crown — it is about creating awareness, guiding the next generation, and becoming a role model for many.
