Tell us about your family:

A beautiful family bound together by strength and resilience.

My mother-in-law is a cancer survivor and an inspiration to everyone who knows her. My husband is the glue that holds our family together. An all-rounder in every sense, he is our pillar of strength, bringing love and warmth into our lives.

My son is the greatest blessing I could ever ask from God—my pride, my strength, and my constant source of joy. My father is a true inspiration. His journey from rags to riches is a testament to hard work, perseverance, and the power of never giving up. His story motivates everyone around him. My mother, a devoted homemaker, is the heart of our family. Without her sacrifices, love, and unwavering support, we would not be who we are today. And last but certainly not least, my sister—my backbone, my biggest cheerleader, my confidante, and my forever friend. Through every high and low, she has always been by my side.

I am grateful every day for this incredible family, whose love, strength, and support make life truly beautiful.

Quotes that keep you going, motivate you:

  • Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.
  • The strongest people are not those who never fall, but those who rise every time they do.
  • Strength grows in the moments when you think you can’t go on but keep going anyway.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

One achievement I am particularly proud of is building my yoga teaching journey from the ground up. I started by teaching yoga in the hall of my home. Through eight years of consistent dedication, hard work, and perseverance, I gradually grew my practice into a successful yoga studio. Today, I am fortunate to lead a thriving studio and work alongside a talented and committed team of yoga teachers. This journey has taught me the value of patience, persistence, and believing in a long-term vision.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

If you can inspire even one woman to stand on her own feet and walk her own path financially, that itself can be considered women’s empowerment.

Message for the society:

Please consider exercise an essential part of your daily routine—just like brushing your teeth or taking a bath. It shouldn’t be viewed as an option but as a necessity for maintaining good health and well-being.

With so much stress, uncertainty, and chaos around us, regular physical activity is one of the few things within our control that can significantly improve our quality of life. Exercise helps us stay physically fit, mentally strong, and better equipped to handle everyday challenges.

Even 30 minutes a day can make a meaningful difference. Let’s make a conscious effort to move more, stay active, and invest in our long-term health.

Your body and mind will thank you for it.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

As a yoga teacher, I am committed to using this opportunity to inspire people to prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

In a world where stress and lifestyle-related challenges are becoming increasingly common, I believe yoga offers a powerful path to balance, resilience, and self-awareness. Through my work, I aim to encourage individuals to make movement, mindfulness, and self-care a part of their everyday lives.

As Queen, I want to advocate for healthier communities by making wellness more accessible and by educating people about the transformative benefits of yoga. My vision is to empower individuals to lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives, because when people thrive individually, society thrives collectively.

This crown represents more than a title—it represents an opportunity to serve, inspire, and contribute to a stronger, healthier, and more conscious society.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

I have participated in Mrs India International Queen for two important reasons.

First, I want to use this platform to create awareness about health and fitness. I strongly believe that a healthy lifestyle not only improves physical well-being but also builds confidence and empowers individuals to achieve their goals.

Second, as a young girl, I was often judged and put down because of my dark complexion. Through my journey, I learned that beauty is not defined by skin color. Today, I want to inspire others to embrace themselves with confidence and understand that true beauty comes from self-belief, character, and authenticity.

By being part of this platform, I hope to encourage people to prioritize their health and to challenge outdated beauty standards, showing that every woman is beautiful regardless of her skin tone.
