Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself?
In my professional career, which has lasted for more than a decade, I maintained a fine balance between liaising with the administration and the workforce. I developed strong interpersonal relationships with both my seniors and juniors, which ensured a smooth working environment. I planned and coordinated various events while holding top administrative positions in schools, educational institutions, army organizations, etc. Eventually, my work was recognized, and I was awarded a Merit Certificate of Excellence as well as a Citation for Excellence in School Administration by the Army.
In my personal life I was able to strike a balance between my professional and family life. My husband being in the Army had to move to different places in a short span of time, for which I lend full support. I was able to give due attention to both of my children, whether it was their academics or during their infancy period. In return, my family supported me in all my endeavors.
What is Women Empowerment according to you?
I believe women empowerment means sharing indistinguishable rights. It refers to the liberation of women from socio – economic restraints of reliance. Women should possess liberty, faith, and self–worth to make for their needs and demands. We need to provide them with an independent role in Indian society. Empowering women is a necessary right of women. Women Empowerment in India is one of the principal terms for society’s overall development.
Message for the society.
Every voice matters, every action counts. Let’s build a better, more inclusive world, starting with kindness, empathy and understanding.
How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?
I would like to provide free education to underprivileged children in our society and work towards securing a better future for them. Additionally, I would also help the needy people financially.
Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?
I have participated in Mrs India International Queen because I wanted to build my self-confidence and develop a sense of independence and well-being.
