Congratulations Mrs. Gurshranjit kaur from Punjab for being selected as a finalist of Mrs India International Queen 2025! Let’s know more about her. We interviewed Mrs. Gurshranjit and here are her amazing answers:

Name: Gurshranjit kaur
Profession: Writer, Culture Event Organizer, and Housewife
Qualification: Graduation, ANM and basic computer course.
Location: Punjab
Strengths: My strength is that I am an enthusiastic person who can conquer beyond my weakness. Humanity and superiority are my strengths.
Weakness: Don’t have such weakness I just believe in empathy, fortune and good deeds.
Likes:  I like to help everyone, no matter if it will profit me in such crucial times.
Dislikes: I don’t like the people who believe that English is not a language but an education, and of course, the people who only look for their own profit.

Tell us about your family:

I live in nuclear family with my parents-in-law, my spouse, as well as two children. I come from both the supportive families who encourages me to look beyond the family and to follow my dreams.

Quotes that keep you going, motivate you:

  • A person doesn’t change as much by things as they do by the pain they’ve endured in their heart.
  • The one who lets go of anger and walks the path of peace stays away from all vices.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

Being a housewife, a wise daughter-in-law and a great mother to my children, as well as continuing my dreams – some of which have been pursued – is the biggest achievement for me.

Since I have seen my parents giving me a quality life without obstacles, that itself is a blessing. Moreover, there are other achievements which have been certified.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

According to me the term women empowerment is an invalid justification for worth of women! As per our Indian history, the majority of people used to think of women as house-working ladies who only belonged to their families and nothing else. According to me, differentiating between genders is not the right thing does not provide equality, because after all, we all are human beings with souls.

Message for the society:

I want to share my thoughts on people being illiterate despite having degrees, since people believe education is about knowing the English language, but not being educated, having knowledge and good etiquette. English is just a language widely used in the world – of course, it’s important to learn but don’t compare English with education.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

I will ensure that the amount of money I have got, honestly, I will provide it to my native children who are burdened under unprivileged areas, and I will widely spread the awareness to keep our culture and tradition alive. Let’s not westernize it.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

I participated in Mrs India International Queen because I want to be the identity for the natives of India – that marriage and children are never a barrier to your goals, the only barrier is your self-believe and enthusiasm to get up, chase your dreams and conquer them. They are made for you.
