I have a loving family which is a great source of strength and inspiration for me. My husband is a fitness freak and I work as a nutritionist. We have a lovely daughter & a loving son; both are doing well in their studies at school & college; respectively. We believe in maintaining a balanced lifestyle that includes hygienic & healthy habits, spending quality time together, and pursuing individual interests. We both enjoy teaching our children about healthy habits to develop from early childhood. We motivate and support each other in following our passions and celebrate each other’s achievements with happiness. My husband’s passion for fitness and my knowledge of nutrition complements each other as parents. We aim to create a nurturing environment that promotes our kids’ growth, learning, and exploration.

Achievements/Anything you are proud of yourself:
Being a nutritionist, I have successfully helped many known & unknown people reach their health goals. I have led numerous nutrition workshops on topics like hygiene, healthy and mindful eating, meal planning, and food portion sizes. Additionally, I have created various nutrition content on social media to educate and inspire people to make healthier choices. As a homemaker, I have created a nurturing and loving home by prioritizing my family’s health and well-being, ensuring that they receive nutritious meals, regular exercise, and quality time together. Besides fulfilling the demands of homemaking and meal planning, I always make time for activities that bring me joy, such as container gardening, creative crafting, going to the gym, and practicing yoga. I strongly believe that learning is a lifelong process, and I consistently try to remain updated with the latest research and trends in nutrition, and improving my skills and knowledge.
What is women empowerment according to you?
Generally, this term is about creating a world where women are valued, respected, financially independent and have the power to make their own choices & decisions. As a nutritionist, I believe that women’s empowerment also means having access to accurate information about nutrition and health, enabling her to provide healthy food and nutrition for herself and her family. It also means being able to make informed decisions about health by having knowledge and resources. Hence, advocating for women’s health and well-being and supporting initiatives that promote women’s health and empowerment.
True empowerment is not just about individual success, but collective upliftment. It is about women lifting each other up, challenging systemic inequalities, overcoming self-doubt, and using our voices to create positive impact. Let us strive for a world where every woman can say, I am empowered, I am heard, and I am unstoppable.
Message for the society:
Slow down, Breathe & Live. In today’s world, we are constantly connected, busy and stressed. We are losing touch with what truly matters: our well-being, our relationships and our planet…let us come together to create a society that values ..WELLNESS by prioritizing physical, mental & emotional health ..CONNECTION by fostering meaningful relationships & community bonds ..SUSTAINABILITY by living in harmony with our planet & preserving its resources. So, let us make a conscious effort to create a better world for ourselves and our future generations. We must support renewable energy by investing solar panels, promote wind energy projects. Trees help absorb Carbon Dioxide & produce Oxygen so we must plant trees, support reforestation & support biodiversity.
How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?
Giving back to society is not just about donating money or time; it is about using my influence to create positive change. As Mrs India International Queen, I’ll have a powerful platform to make a difference in the lives of many people. I will support organisations that work towards women’s empowerment, education, and healthcare via mentoring young girls & helping women entrepreneurs. To promote environment conservation, I would support initiatives that promote renewable energy, reduce waste & conserve natural resources. I will undoubtedly support reputed organizations working on water and nature conservation by volunteering and spreading awareness about their work.
Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?
By participating in this prestigious pageant, can help me develop confidence & self-esteem. This experience can help me develop skills such as public speaking, stage presence and more confidence. Celebrating womanhood & culture, having a unique platform for Social Impact, Personal Growth & empowerment plus professional development are the other reasons behind the participation in this beauty pageant. Participating in the pageant can provide opportunities to connect with like-minded women, industry professionals and potential mentors. Participating in this pageant I will step out of my comfort zone & this experience can push me to try new positive things by taking risks thus can discover my potential. Apart from this I want to become a role model for many women out there who really want to make a difference in their lives.
