My husband recently retired from his job in December. I have one daughter and two sons, all of whom are married and well-settled in their lives. My 83-year-old mother-in-law and my brother-in-law, who has a cognitive disability, also live with us. My family is an important part of my life, and I value the relationships and responsibilities we share.
Quotes that keep you going, motivate you:
- Some people wish for things to happen, some hope they will happen, and others make them happen!
- God values intentions; people value appearances. Choose whom to please!
- Trust God’s decisions. He may not give you what you want, but He gives you what you truly need!
Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:
One incident that makes me truly proud of myself involved helping a tribal woman who was pregnant and thrown out of her home.
At the time, our team had set up a camp in a forest area. While I was out shopping for supplies, I noticed the woman sitting on the roadside, crying and bleeding from a head injury. People were hesitant to approach her, but I immediately went to her, asked what had happened, comforted her, and took her to the hospital for medical treatment.
When I later visited her home, I discovered that her husband had fled. I decided to take further action and filed a complaint against him at the police station. I also guided her towards an organization that could provide her with shelter and support. Today, she is living there and leading a better life.
This experience gave me immense satisfaction and strengthened my belief that even one compassionate action can change someone’s life. It remains one of the proudest moments of my life.
What is Women Empowerment according to you?
I believe every woman is a form of Goddess Durga and Goddess Kali, symbolizing strength, courage, and power. Women must recognize their own worth and understand the incredible strength they possess.
My message to every woman is: You are gentle, but you are not weak. Your strength is your identity. Believe in yourself, recognize your power, and never allow anyone to make you feel inferior.
Message for the society:
My message to society is simple: respect women and acknowledge their invaluable contributions. Women deserve dignity, equality, and the freedom to live with confidence.
The world needs one essential change: more humanity, love, compassion, and mutual respect, especially towards women and the elderly.
How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?
If I become Mrs India International Queen, I will make every possible effort to improve the lives of women and senior citizens who are experiencing difficult circumstances. I want to work towards helping women live with dignity, security, and independence.
I would also like to guide children towards the right path by encouraging them.
Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?
I participated in Mrs India International Queen because I want to prove myself and establish my own identity. I believe this platform can help me become a stronger and more confident individual while allowing me to bring important social issues into the spotlight.
Having worked as part of a team, I now want to create an identity of my own and use my voice to make a difference. I believe that if I achieve recognition through this platform, I will be in a better position to reach more people, share my thoughts, and encourage society to treat women and the elderly with greater kindness, dignity, and respect.
