Mrs. Sruthy S Murali

Congratulations Mrs. Sruthy S Murali from Kerala for being selected as a finalist of Mrs India International Queen 2026! Let’s know more about her. We interviewed Mrs. Sruthy and here are her amazing answers:

Name: Sruthy S Murali

Profession: Postwoman, Department of Posts

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Kerala

Strengths: I am a confident, strong woman who has built my own personality. I never depend on others to make my decisions. I always find solutions instead of getting stuck on problems. I am a positive person who takes the things positively and I think success teaches you nothing but failure teaches you everything. I make my own choices in life, love taking risks, and enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone.

Weakness: I am emotionally vulnerable with the person I love most. Because my mood depends on their actions, it creates problems for me. I see this obsessive nature as a weakness and am trying to change it by setting healthy boundaries.

Likes: Travelling, reading books, fitness, podcasts, dancing, listening to music, and spending quality time with family and my beloved pet dog, Mia.

Driving, taking photos, documenting my life, content creation, and talking.

Dislikes: Judgemental attitudes and backstabbing. I don’t like people who always create negativity. I avoid negative people from my circle.

Tell us about your family:

I come from a small family consisting of myself, my husband, my in-laws, and our beloved pet dog, Mia. I am currently living with my husband’s family. In my maternal home, my family includes my mom, dad, sister, and grandmother. My husband works as a police constable, and he is the reason behind where I am today.

  • Get out of your comfort zone and conquer the world.
  • Good people never make history; bold people make history.
  • Time is a precious thing, so don’t waste it.
  • Believe in yourself.
  • You are the only one who can make yourself happy or sad.
  • Today is my day.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

In 2025, I overcame my anxiety and embraced self-love, confidence, and mental peace. Now, I prioritize my happiness by traveling alone, improving my skills, and nurturing my inner child. I am proud to be the best version of myself and to do what is best for me.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

I believe women empowerment means making a woman aware of her value and helping her learn self-love. If she is confident and happy, she can change the world. Women empowerment starts from our family. I want to create awareness in society about this. Every woman should have access to education and financial independence. Marriage should not stop her dreams or be a boundary set by someone. Freedom is her right. Women have to concentrate more on their mental and physical health.

Message for the society:

My message to society is to teach the younger generation to live confidently. While we often talk about success, it tastes sweetest after experiencing failure; success teaches us little, but failure teaches us everything. Today’s youth are given everything, which can leave them mentally fragile and unprepared for the real world.

Education must focus on making children mentally strong so they can face life’s challenges with confidence. By raising mental health awareness and teaching them to overcome obstacles with courage rather than turning to drugs for temporary happiness, we can significantly reduce youth suicide rates. We must teach our children how to navigate society and embrace failure.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

Becoming a Queen will give me a strong personal identity. As a content creator, I will use this identity to positively influence others.

I plan to create videos and podcasts focused on mental health while raising awareness about how women empowerment begins within the family. By sharing my own story of overcoming anxiety and achieving my dreams, I want to inspire women who feel they can’t do anything to realize that they can.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

Because I believe in myself, and I feel Mrs India International Queen is a platform that gives importance to women who love to grow in their own perspectives. I am a girl from a small town in Kerala, and if I can do this, every woman can. Marriage is not a boundary that limits your dreams; you make your own choices. I found opportunities through my journey, and I want to inspire society through my story. I believe I can inspire people. I overcame my anxiety, and I always practice gratitude. I see the beauty in the world around me. I want to speak up for women who are suffering from mental health issues so they can achieve their dreams. Don’t get stuck in your problems; turn your weakness into your strength. Focus on your dreams and achieve them. Go and conquer the world.
