What is Women Empowerment according to you?

Women’s empowerment, to me, is about giving women the genuine ability, freedom, and confidence to make their own choices and shape their own lives—without limitations.

It means ensuring access to education, opportunities, and financial independence so women can grow, succeed, and stand on their own. It is about having a voice in decision-making, freedom from discrimination, and the courage to pursue one’s ambitions at any stage of life.

Women’s empowerment also begins with education and mindset. It involves educating today’s students to respect women, value equality, and challenge outdated stereotypes. At the same time, it is about preparing the women of tomorrow to be independent, confident, and capable of making their own choices.

Education becomes the most powerful tool in this journey—not just for academic success, but for building self-belief, awareness, and strength. It enables women to break barriers, create opportunities, and lead with confidence.

In essence, women’s empowerment is not just about uplifting women today, but about shaping a future generation that believes in equality, respect, and the freedom to choose one’s own path.

Message for the society:

If there is one change I would like to bring to society, it is a shift in mindset—towards respect, equality, and the power of education, especially for women.

We often speak about empowering women, but true change begins at the root level—in our homes, schools, and daily interactions. I believe we must focus on educating today’s generation to respect women, not just in words, but through actions and attitudes. Respect should not be conditional; it should be a basic value we instill in every child.

At the same time, we must ensure that the women of tomorrow are raised to be independent, confident, and capable of making their own choices. No woman should feel limited by her age, background, or circumstances. Education should be used as a powerful tool—not only for career success but for building self-worth, awareness, and the courage to stand strong.

I strongly believe that it is never too late to grow, learn, or change one’s path. Society should encourage lifelong learning and support individuals—especially women—who choose to redefine themselves at any stage of life.

My message is simple: when we educate minds, change attitudes, and empower women, we don’t just uplift individuals—we transform entire generations.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

For me, becoming a Queen is not just about wearing a crown—it’s about carrying responsibility and using that platform to create meaningful change.

I would like to focus on education and empowerment, especially for women and young girls. As a teacher, I have already seen how powerful education can be in shaping confidence and independence. I want to take this further by encouraging young girls to believe in themselves, continue their education, and not feel limited by their circumstances.

I also want to work on creating awareness about respect and equality, starting with the younger generation. Even small conversations in schools and communities can slowly change mindsets and help build a more respectful society.

Another area close to my heart is supporting women who wish to restart or redefine their careers later in life, just as I did. I would love to guide and motivate them, showing that it is never too late to learn, grow, or follow a new path.

Through workshops, community interactions, and simply using my voice, I want to inspire change—one step at a time.

For me, giving back is not about doing something big once, but about consistently making a difference in small, meaningful ways that can positively impact lives.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

  • First, I joined Mrs India International Queen to challenge myself and grow. At this stage of my life, I believe it is important to step out of my comfort zone, learn new things, and continue evolving as a person.
  • Second, I wanted to represent women who choose to restart and redefine their lives later on. My journey—from completing my Master’s at 45 to changing my career into teaching—reflects that it is never too late to follow your passion, and I want to inspire other women to believe the same.
  • Third, I see this platform as an opportunity to use my voice for a purpose. I want to promote education, independence, and respect for women, and contribute in whatever way I can to make society more aware and inclusive.
