Name: Smriti Parmar

Profession: HR Professional & Educator

Qualification: An MBA and MPhil graduate with professional experience in both Indian and multinational organizations.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Strengths: My greatest strength is my authenticity. I am true to myself, believe in who I am, and have the courage to honour my dreams. I also have strong communication skills and a compassionate nature, which help me connect with people and make a meaningful impact.

Weakness: My weakness is momentary self-doubt. However, I am constantly working on it by reconnecting with my inner strength and self-belief, and turning it into my motivation to grow.

Likes: I enjoy dancing, learning new skills, self-growth, and contributing to society by educating children.

Dislikes: I dislike negativity, lack of empathy, and people who choose to judge rather than understand.

Tell us about your family:

I am blessed with a loving and supportive family. I live with my husband and two beautiful daughters, who are my biggest strength and inspiration. They motivate me every day to grow and become a better version of myself.

Quotes that keep you going, motivate you:

  • When you are authentic, you are unstoppable.
  • True failure is not trying at all.
  • Believe in yourself and have the courage to honour your dreams.
  • Growth begins when you step out of your comfort zone.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

One of my most meaningful achievements is contributing to society by educating underprivileged children. I strongly believe that education has the power to transform lives and shape the future of our country. Being able to make even a small difference in someone’s life gives me a deep sense of fulfillment.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

Women empowerment, to me, is when a woman believes in herself, is true to who she is, and has the courage to pursue her dreams. It is about taking pride in her identity, irrespective of her roles and responsibilities, and also uplifting and supporting other women to grow and succeed.

Message for the society:

If I had the power to change one thing, I would restore humanity in moments of crisis. Today, people are quick to record but slow to help. We need to shift our focus from creating content to creating impact by bringing back empathy and compassion, because humanity should never be replaced by a camera.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

If honoured with this title, I will use this platform to promote education and awareness. I will continue working towards educating underprivileged children and inspiring women to believe in themselves, step forward, and achieve their dreams. I want to create a positive impact by encouraging confidence, compassion, and growth in society.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

I participated in Mrs India International Queen to rediscover myself, to grow, and to represent every woman who has dreams but hesitates to pursue them. This journey is about embracing my authenticity, building confidence, and inspiring others to believe in themselves and move forward fearlessly.
