Tell us about your family:

I come from a family that is deeply rooted in traditional values yet embraces a modern mindset. We believe in respecting and celebrating all cultures equally. Kindness and supporting others are values that define our family. I am blessed with a loving and supportive husband, and I am a proud mother to my sweet daughter, who constantly motivates and inspires me. In many ways, she is my little guide, and I learn so much from her every day. I was brought up in the beautiful Northeast, in Shillong, Meghalaya, which has shaped my identity and given me a deep appreciation for nature, resilience, and community.

Quotes that keep you going, motivate you:

  • A woman with purpose doesn’t stop; she evolves.
  • A strong woman stands up for herself; a stronger woman stands up for everyone else.
  • Everything is within your power, and your power is within you.
  • I rise not to compete but to inspire.
  • Discipline creates confidence and confidence creates beauty.
  • Beauty lies in strength and determination.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

One of my proudest achievements is my resilience. Life tested me deeply when I lost my first baby, but I chose to rise with hope and gratitude when I was blessed with my second child. My journey toward fitness was not easy. I faced health challenges during my weight loss transformation, but I never allowed setbacks to defeat me. Even though I couldn’t pursue my career before marriage, I reinvented myself afterward and became a professional fitness trainer. My story is proof that with determination and faith, every setback can become a stepping stone to strength and success.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

Women’s empowerment for me is having the confidence, freedom and strength to choose my own path and inspiring other women to do the same.

Message for the society:

My message to society is simple—practice kindness, promote equality, and support one another. A peaceful and progressive world begins with how we treat each other every day.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

For me, the crown represents service. If I become Mrs India International Queen, I will use this platform to empower women and young girls through education, mentorship, and advocacy. True beauty lies not in the crown we wear but in the lives we uplift.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

I have participated in Mrs India International Queen because I believe every woman’s journey deserves a voice. Through this platform, I want to inspire women to embrace their strength, follow their dreams, and rise beyond every challenge.
