Name: Manju Ray
Profession: Currently serving as a Head Constable in CISF (Central Industrial Security Force).
Qualification: I have completed my Master of Arts (M.A.) degree.
Location: Chhattisgarh
Strengths: I am a disciplined, confident, and hardworking woman.
I have the ability to turn every challenge into an opportunity.
I always try to spread positivity and motivation among the people around me.
I believe that “True beauty lies in our actions and thoughts.”
Weakness: I always strive for perfection in my work, which sometimes puts extra pressure on me.
I get emotionally attached easily because I think from the heart.
Likes: I love doing yoga, listening to music, and traveling to new places.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my family and participating in social work.
Dislikes: I dislike dishonesty, laziness, and pretentious behaviour.
I stay away from people who try to put others down.
Tell us about your family:
My husband and I are both serving in the CISF, proudly contributing to the nation’s security.
We have two children who are currently studying in school.
My parents live in Chhattisgarh, and they are my biggest inspiration.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?
To me, women empowerment means giving women the right to education, independence, and decision-making.
An empowered woman not only strengthens her family but also uplifts the entire society.
Message for the society:
I want to tell society that “Every woman possesses immense strength.”
All she needs is to recognize it.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?
If I become Mrs India International Queen, I will use this platform to promote women’s education, safety, and self-reliance.
I want every woman to live her dreams and believe that —
