Tell us about your family:

I come from a supportive family that has always been my backbone. They have been the silent force behind my three degrees, encouraging me to pursue education not just as a career path, but as a way to evolve as a human being. I am also a mother of two boys and the wife of a loving husband.

Quotes that keep you going, motivate you:

  • Success isn’t about how much money you make; it’s about the difference you make in people’s lives.
  • Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it.

Achievements/ Anything you are proud of yourself:

  1. Got a Guinness world record for participating in the World’s Biggest Thiruvathira – a traditional art form of Kerala. It was held in 2017
  2. Author of 3 books (poems and short stories)
  3. Professionally, I am proud of my role on the anaesthesia team, where I am a guardian of patient safety during their most vulnerable moments. Personally, I am proud of my educational journey. Earning a B.Sc., B.A., and an M.A. in three distinct fields (Anaesthesia, Psychology, and Home Science) shows my commitment to understanding the human experience from every angle—the physical, the mental, and the social.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?

To me, empowerment is the freedom of choice without judgment. It is when a woman can lead a surgical team in the morning and nurture her household in the evening, with both roles being equally respected. It is about providing women with the tools (education and health) to stand on their own and the confidence to speak their truth in any room they enter.

Message for the society:

I want to create awareness about mental health integration in physical recovery. We often treat the body but forget the mind. Whether it’s a patient undergoing surgery or a mother managing a home, we need to stop stigmatizing mental struggles. My message is simple: Kindness is a science, and empathy is a medicine. Let’s treat each other with both.

How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?

As a Queen, I would use my platform to bridge the gap between dreams and reality. My mission is to ensure that “Empowerment” isn’t just a word, but a lived reality, with hard work and determination, any woman can achieve a pageantry crown. Hard work is the stepping stone to success. I would like to pass a message to every woman. Each setback in life takes us closer to our dreams.

Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?

For me, Mrs India International platform is an opportunity to represent my values, inspire others, and show that true beauty comes from strength, kindness, and confidence. I believe this platform helps women discover their potential, use their voice for positive change, and support meaningful causes in society.
