I am proud of losing weight around 20 kg in 1 year.

What is Women Empowerment according to you?
Women empowerment means giving women the freedom to realize their strengths, the right to dignity, self-respect, equality, freedom of expression of mind and thoughts, along with equal representation in family and society, and access to physical and mental health. It also means the freedom to make choices for economic and social growth.
It is not about competing with men, but about believing in self-worth. Women empowerment is when a woman knows her value, has a voice and the courage to choose her own path.
For me, women empowerment begins with health awareness, because a healthy woman can transform families and communities.
An empowered woman is one who is educated, emotionally strong, financially independent, aware and unafraid to use her voice to uplift others.
Message for the society:
Life is precious – value it, protect it and respect it. Let us prioritize health over stigma, compassion over judgement and humanity over indifference. Empower women with education and care because when a woman is healthy and confident, families and societies thrive.
I want to build a world where health awareness replaces fear, where women are empowered to make informed choices about their bodies and lives, and where compassion guides our actions.
As a doctor and a survivor, I want to normalize preventive healthcare, encourage organ donation and create a society where every life is valued, both before and beyond death.
To increase literacy rates among girls, I would make provisions to provide incentives to underprivileged parents of girl children and provide free education to all girls, as a healthy and educated girl can transform into an empowered woman.
I want to replace ignorance with awareness, fear with compassion and silence with strong and informed women.
How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?
Becoming a Queen would give me a louder voice and I intend to use it responsibly. As a doctor and survivor, I will dedicate myself to spreading health awareness, especially for women, focusing on preventive care, safe motherhood and mental well-being.
I will actively advocate organ donation because even after life, we can save lives.
Most importantly, I will mentor and empower women to believe in themselves, because True Queens do not just wear crowns; they create change.
I would use my crown to create facilitate provisions for nursing homes that provide holistic healthcare, emotional support and rehabilitation for women who are often forgotten to lead a dignified life.
I will use my crown as a platform to spread health awareness, support women and serve humanity.
Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?
I have participated in Mrs India International Queen not to compete with other women, but to contribute to them.
For me, this platform is not a race for the crown; it is a responsibility to use my voice, experience and compassion to uplift others.
I believe true success is not standing ahead of others, but about standing for others. I don’t create followers; I create leaders – women who are confident, self-reliant and fearless in their own identity.
As a woman, a mother, a health professional and a survivor, I believe that true beauty lies in resilience, empathy and purpose.
Through this platform, I want to inspire women to believe in themselves, to rise above limitations, and to understand that their journey matters.
Mrs India International Queen gives me a powerful stage to amplify causes close to my heart – women’s health, empowerment and self-worth. I am here to learn, collaborate, serve and leave behind a legacy of impact.
I am not here to just wear the crown; I am here to add value, ignite confidence and create change – because when one woman rises, she lifts many others with her.
I have worn the crown of duties and responsibilities in silence; now I rise to wear the crown of glory and shine.
