But I knew life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain. I had the courage to say it’s enough of taking the rough patch as I don’t deserve these. I took the step on Women’s Day 8th March, 6 years back to come out of that life I didn’t deserve. I took the challenges as gifts that forced me to search for new centre of gravity, a new way to stand strong and it was in front of me -my 2.5 years old daughter, my new centre of gravity, my strength. Thus, I turned my wounds into wisdom and here she is achieving heights. Life is meaningless if we don’t help others and be their inspiration. My house help was in an abusive marriage and used to cry daily showing her wounds to me. I directed her to an NGO and contacted few organisations who helped her to overcome her challenges. Today she is happily living with her 2 daughters and educating them. Her husband is in a rehabilitation centre for drinking problems. The orphans and elderly people I visit have become my extended family, and bringing smiles to their faces is also one of my greatest achievements.I also won the ‘most talented award’ and ‘most beautiful eyes’ in a beauty pageant.Being a woman itself is something to be proud of as each woman's inherent beauty and uniqueness is a divine gift. She is wellspring of life and beacon of success distinguished by her boundless love, compassion, selflessness and her sacrifices for the loved ones. What is Women Empowerment according to you?Echoing Dr. Abdul Kalam’s words: “Empowerment of women leads to development of a good family, good society and good nation”. Empowerment of women means providing women with equal opportunities, rights, and freedom so that they can make decisions about their lives and participate equally in society. The concept of women empowerment encompasses: Gender Equality, economic independence, political representation, education, healthcare, having legal rights, challenging and changing societal norms and stereotypes that limit women’s roles and potential, giving decision making power, The Mrs India International Queen platform honors the distinctiveness of women, fosters empowerment, and contributes to social welfare.Message for the society. We should strive to create an inclusive, equitable, and compassionate society where every individual is respected and has the opportunity to thrive. Nowadays mental health is a big concern. Everyone, from small child to youngsters and elderly people, experiences stress. It is crucial for women to be mentally and physically strong, as they are often the foundation of a family. Also, we should make men and women both aware of postpartum depression and its symptoms and how men can support women during this time. We should also raise awareness about personal hygiene, especially during menstrual cycles. Schools must also compulsorily keep self-defence classes for kids, especially for girls. How will you give back to society after becoming a Queen?I have a passionate vision of a future world - where women are empowered and every woman embodies the motto of “Be strong, Be confident and Be You”. I understand that the esteemed crown not only symbolises beauty but also is a responsibility to uphold values and principles of this esteemed event. I wish to captivate everyone’s heart with my charisma and win this royal crown on my head. Upon being honoured with the prestigious crown, I am committed to shaping our nation into a sanctuary of empowerment for women—a place where girls venture boldly into the world, and women are cherished and respected within their homes. Our national emblem, graced with lions that symbolize pride, bears the profound inscription "Satyameva Jayate," a testament to the triumph of truth. It is my fervent intention to use this esteemed platform to amplify my voice, striving to eradicate corruption. Why have you participated in Mrs India International Queen?I believe in the principle that if the sky is the limit, go beyond and I am eager to expand my boundaries and welcome challenges as opportunities for growth and self-improvement. I want to be a role model for my daughter and show that everything can be achieved if we wish it wholeheartedly and work towards it. I strongly believe that when I want something wholeheartedly, all the universe conspires in helping me achieve it and I wish to captivate your hearts and win the royal diadem. This will help me grow personally and increase my network which will help me to contribute to the welfare of the society. Mrs India International Queen is dedicated to empowering women to pursue their aspirations with Vigor and to realize their fullest potential. It provides the tools, resources, and support necessary for women to transform their dreams into reality and to excel in every aspect of their lives. #MrsIndiaInternationalQueen #BeStrongBeConfidentBeYou #PromotingIndianCulture #InternationalMediaCoverage #mrsindia2025 #mrsindia #ankitasarohamrsindia #mrsindiapageant #beautypageant { MrsIndia, MrsIndiaInternationalQueen, MrsIndia2025, MrsIndiaFinalist, MrsIndiaContestant, EmpoweringWomen, InspiringJourney} ...
